General & Availability

Are you available for my event date?

Please email or call us with your event details—we’ll get back to you quickly with our availability! 

How far in advance should I book Chai Bliss Company for my event?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For larger events, the earlier the better! 

Do you cater both small gatherings and large parties?

Yes! Whether it's an intimate chai evening or a big celebration, we scale our service to fit your event size. 


Menu & Customization

What types of chai and snacks do you offer?

We offer a variety of freshly brewed chais and a rotating menu of sweet and savory snacks. Check out our menu for the latest options! 

Can we customize the menu or mix and match snacks and chai options?

Absolutely! We’ll work with you to curate a spread that fits your vibe and guest preferences. 


Pricing & Packages

What’s included in your chai and snack catering packages?

Packages typically include fresh chai, a selection of snacks, delivery, and optional setup.  

How is pricing structured?

We offer flexible pricing—per person, per tray, or bundled packages. Contact us for a quote that fits your event. 

Are there any extra fees for delivery and setup?

Yes, there is an extra charge for delivery & setup. We typically deliver within a 10-mile radius of Schaumburg, Illinois, but may be able to deliver to longer distances on some occasions – contact us for details. 


Logistics & Setup

Do you provide staff to serve chai at the event?

No, not currently. However, if there is enough demand for it, we may do it in the future. 

Do you offer a self-serve chai station or live chai counter?

Currently, we only offer a self-serve option.  

How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before service begins, depending on your setup. 

How long do the beverages stay hot in the insulated beverage container?

Our food-safe beverage containers can hold the temperature of hot drinks between 6-8 hours. These containers make it easy for the transportation and dispensing of drinks.  


Booking & Policies

Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. 

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance will receive a full refund. Rescheduling is available based on availability. 

When is the final order due?

Final orders are due 5 days before the event to ensure we prepare the right amount of chai and snacks.
